Accessibility Statement
PRIME 151 COLLECTIBLES
ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Effective Date: August 11, 2026 Version: 1.0
Your Treasures, Our Mission.
This Statement is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.
OUR COMMITMENT
The Vault is for every collector. We are committed to making prime151.com, our retail location, and our events usable by people of all abilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a box we check once. This statement describes where we are, what we are doing, and how to reach a human if something is in your way.
STANDARD WE WORK TOWARD
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Current status: partially conformant. Parts of the site meet the standard and parts do not yet. We are working through the gaps.
WHAT WE HAVE DONE
- Semantic page structure with proper headings and landmarks
- Descriptive alternative text on product and content imagery
- Keyboard navigation through menus, product pages, and checkout
- Visible focus indicators
- Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA minimums for body text and interface elements
- Form fields with associated labels and clear error messaging
- Responsive layout that supports zoom to 200% without loss of content
- Descriptive link text rather than "click here"
KNOWN LIMITATIONS
We would rather tell you than have you find out:
- Third party applications. Some features rely on third party apps, including wishlist, subscription, review, and chat tools. We do not control their code and their accessibility varies. We raise issues with those vendors and replace tools that will not improve.
- Legacy product imagery. Some older listings have incomplete or generic alternative text. We are correcting these as we work through the catalog.
- Live broadcasts. Live selling streams on third party platforms do not currently offer live captioning. Captioning depends on the platform.
- User generated content. Reviews and customer photos submitted by other shoppers may lack descriptive text.
- PDF documents. Some downloadable documents are not fully tagged for screen readers. We will provide an accessible alternative on request.
OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION
Our retail space is inside Broadway Mall, 358 Broadway Mall, Suite 460, Booth 11, Hicksville, NY 11801. The mall provides accessible parking, entrances, elevators, and restrooms, and is responsible for those facilities. If you need help navigating to us or need assistance while you are there, call or email ahead and we will meet you.
EVENTS
If you need an accommodation to participate in an event, tournament, or paint night, email support@prime151.com at least 48 hours in advance and we will do what we reasonably can, including seating, table height, lighting, quieter placement, extra time where tournament rules permit, and assistance with materials.
IF SOMETHING IS IN YOUR WAY
Tell us and we will fix it, and in the meantime we will get you what you need directly.
Email: support@prime151.com Subject line: "Accessibility"
Please include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you are using, if you know them. That detail helps us reproduce the problem quickly.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days, and to tell you either that it is fixed or when it will be.
We will also just help you. If you cannot complete a purchase, find a product, or file a claim on the site, email us and we will take the order, answer the question, or handle the claim directly, at the same price and with the same service.
FEEDBACK AND ONGOING WORK
We review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site, and we welcome feedback at any time. If you know this space well and see something we are missing, we want to hear it.
FORMAL COMPLAINTS
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the New York State Attorney General's Civil Rights Bureau or the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division.
The Vault is for every collector. If a door is stuck, tell us and we will open it.
