EVENT, TICKET AND ORGANIZED PLAY TERMS

Your Treasures, Our Mission.

These Terms are incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.

These Terms apply to every ticketed and non ticketed event we run or attend: tournaments, draft nights, paint nights, release parties, prerelease events, game nights, community meetups, pop ups, and convention appearances.

SECTION 1 — TICKETS AND ENTRY FEES

1.1 An event ticket or entry fee reserves a seat, not a product. Any promotional product included with entry is described on the event listing and is subject to availability.

1.2 Seats are limited and sold on a first come, first served basis. A seat is confirmed only when payment is complete.

1.3 Ticket prices, formats, prize structures, and included product are set out on the event listing and may be updated before the event.

1.4 Entry to some events requires a valid manufacturer or organized play account, such as a Wizards Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account. Obtaining it is your responsibility.

SECTION 2 — TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE

2.1 Event tickets and entry fees are final sale and non refundable, except as provided in Section 3.

2.2 We seat and stock events based on tickets sold. A no show costs a seat that another player wanted.

2.3 Transfers. You may transfer a seat to another person up to 24 hours before the event by emailing support@prime151.com with the new attendee's full name. Transfers within 24 hours are at our discretion.

2.4 No shows. A ticket unused at the scheduled start time is forfeited. Included product for a no show is returned to inventory.

SECTION 3 — IF WE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

3.1 If we cancel an event, you receive a full refund to the original payment method, or store credit if you prefer.

3.2 If we reschedule an event, you may attend on the new date or request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the reschedule notice.

3.3 If an event is cut short, cancelled mid session, or affected by a venue closure, weather, power loss, or other cause outside our control, we will offer a refund, partial refund, or credit at our reasonable discretion based on how much of the event was delivered.

3.4 Minimum attendance. Some events require a minimum number of players. If the minimum is not met, we may cancel and refund in full, or run a modified format with your agreement.

SECTION 4 — CONDUCT

4.1 Everyone at a Prime 151 event agrees to a simple standard: play fair, treat people well, and keep it a place a new player would want to come back to.

4.2 The following result in removal without refund, and may result in a ban from future events:

• Cheating, stalling, collusion, or manipulation of pairings or results
• Theft, including of cards, product, or property belonging to us, the venue, or another attendee
• Harassment, discrimination, slurs, threats, or intimidation
• Unwanted physical contact
• Intoxication, or use of alcohol or controlled substances on premises
• Damage to the venue, our property, or another person's property
• Disruptive behavior after a warning

4.3 Our judges' and staff's rulings on gameplay and conduct are final.

4.4 Manufacturer organized play rules, including the applicable tournament rules and conduct policies of Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, Konami, and others, apply at sanctioned events in addition to these Terms.

4.5 We may report serious conduct violations to the relevant organized play program and to the venue.

SECTION 5 — MINORS

5.1 Attendees under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the event.

5.2 Attendees aged 13 to 17 may attend unaccompanied with a parent or guardian's consent provided at sign up, including a contact phone number reachable during the event.

5.3 We are not a childcare provider and do not supervise minors outside of running the event.

5.4 A parent or guardian may be asked to collect a minor at any time.

SECTION 6 — PRIZES AND PRIZE SUPPORT

6.1 Prize structures are announced before the event begins and may be scaled to actual attendance.

6.2 Prizes are awarded as described, are not redeemable for cash, and are not transferable to a future event unless we say so.

6.3 Store credit prizes are governed by the Store Credit and Trade-In Terms.

6.4 Prize product substitution may be necessary if a product is unavailable. We will substitute at equal or greater value.

6.5 Prizes and winnings may be taxable. Reporting is your responsibility.

6.6 Prime 151 staff and immediate family are ineligible for prizes at our own events unless announced otherwise.

SECTION 7 — RANDOM CHANCE PRODUCT AND BREAKS

7.1 Sealed product opened at an event, in a draft, or in a break produces random results.

7.2 Dissatisfaction with what you opened is not a basis for a refund, exchange, or claim, at an event or anywhere else.

7.3 In a limited or draft format, cards you open are yours to keep unless the event listing states otherwise.

SECTION 8 — PERSONAL PROPERTY

8.1 You are responsible for your own cards, decks, bags, devices, and property at all times.

8.2 Prime 151 Collectibles is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your personal property at any event, at our retail location, or at any venue.

8.3 We recommend deck boxes, binders, and personal insurance for high value collections. Do not leave anything unattended.

8.4 Lost and found items we recover are held for 30 days.

SECTION 9 — PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND STREAMING

9.1 We photograph and record at events, and may stream them.

9.2 By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded, and to our use of that footage for business and marketing purposes. See Section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

9.3 If you prefer not to appear, tell staff at check in and we will do our best to accommodate you.

9.4 Photography and recording of minors requires parent or guardian consent, collected at sign in.

9.5 To request removal of content in which you appear, email support@prime151.com.

SECTION 10 — HEALTH, SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

10.1 You attend events at your own risk.

10.2 Do not attend if you are unwell.

10.3 Paint nights and similar craft events involve paints, solvents, and small tools. Follow all instructions, wear provided protection, and tell staff about relevant allergies before starting.

10.4 Food and drink policies are set by the venue.

10.5 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Prime 151 Collectibles from liability for injury, illness, or property loss arising from your voluntary attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.

SECTION 11 — VENUE

11.1 Most events are held at our retail location, 358 Broadway Mall, Suite 460, Booth 11, Hicksville, NY 11801, or at an announced offsite venue.

11.2 Venue rules, including mall hours, parking, accessibility, and conduct rules, apply in addition to these Terms.

11.3 We may change the venue on notice. A venue change is not a cancellation and does not by itself create a refund right.

SECTION 12 — ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS

We want everyone at the table. If you need an accommodation to participate, email support@prime151.com at least 48 hours before the event and we will do what we reasonably can. See the Accessibility Statement.

SECTION 13 — CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The version posted at the time you purchase a ticket governs that event.
