- Local pickup for online orders, typically ready within 24 hours

- CANNOT process returns or claims for online, marketplace, or live sale orders
Unauthorized deliveries and drop offs are refused.
ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT
Our fulfillment facility is located on Long Island, New York. It handles order fulfillment, packaging and shipping, consignment intake, inventory staging, and insurance photography and chain of custody documentation.
This facility is not open to the public, and its exact location is withheld for security and insurance reasons. It does not accept walk ins, pickups, or returns.
