SHIPPING POLICY

SECTION 1 — ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Once shipped, you will receive an email with:
  • a tracking number
  • a carrier link to monitor your package
Orders containing:
  • Prestige Collectibles
  • Memorabilia (signed or unsigned)
  • Consignment items
  • Oversized / fragile items
may require additional handling time due to enhanced packaging, carrier coordination, and insurance requirements.High-volume periods (holidays, product drops, and convention weekends) may extend processing times.

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
  • total weight
  • dimensions
  • destination
  • required insurance
All shipments originate from Nassau County, NY.We currently ship exclusively within the United States via:
  • USPS Ground Advantage — 2–5 business days (estimated)
  • UPS® Ground Saver — 3–6 business days (estimated)
  • UPS® Ground / FedEx Ground — for oversized, high-value, or fully insured shipments (including Prestige Collectibles & Memorabilia)
Delivery times are estimates only.
Carrier delays are outside our control.

SECTION 3 — SHIPPING INSURANCE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION

To ensure safe delivery:
  • Orders under $75 — Covered by default carrier insurance (up to $100)
  • Orders $75–$199.99 — Fully insured via Shipsurance
  • Orders $200+ — Fully insured and may require signature
  • Prestige Collectibles & Memorabilia — Always ship fully insured with mandatory signature confirmation
All claim submissions must follow the documentation requirements in the Return & Refund Policy.Failure to retain packaging may result in a denied claim by the carrier or insurance provider.

SECTION 4 — SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email is sent once an order has shipped.

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after carrier pickup.

 


SECTION 5 ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS (NO P.O. BOXES)

To maintain insurance eligibility and prevent fraud:
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • Orders placed with a P.O. Box will be canceled and refunded minus a non-refundable processing fee
  • All orders must ship to a verifiable U.S. physical address
Prime 151 reserves the right to request:
  • address verification, or
  • an alternate address
if a shipment cannot be insured or verified.

SECTION 6 MILITARY SHIPPING SUPPORT

We ship to verified:
  • APO
  • FPO
  • DPO
via USPS Ground Advantage. 

Delivery times vary based on military routing and base processing.

SECTION 7 — CARRIER DELAYS & LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

 

Prime 151 Collectibles is not liable for:
  • carrier delays (weather, holidays, labor shortages, transit conditions)
  • misrouted, delayed, or returned packages
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • customer refusal of delivery
  • theft or loss after confirmed delivery scans
  • consequential or incidental damages, including missed events or gift deadlines
We will assist with carrier investigations when applicable, but the carrier or insurer’s decision is final.

 


SECTION 8 — SPECIAL SHIPPING FOR PRESTIGE COLLECTIBLES & MEMORABILIA

Products classified as:
  • statues
  • sixth-scale figures
  • dioramas
  • signed memorabilia
  • framed pieces
  • autographed items
  • one-of-a-kind or high-value collectibles
receive enhanced protection, including:
  • reinforced packaging or double-boxing
  • full-value insurance
  • mandatory signature
  • potential additional handling or shipping fees
Prestige items may ship separately from other products in your order.

SECTION 9 — CONSIGNMENT ITEM SHIPPING

Certain items sold by Prime 151 may be on consignment, meaning they may ship:
  1. from Prime 151’s fulfillment center, or
  2. directly from the consignor, depending on where the item is stored.
Consignment items:
  • follow the same insurance rules as Prime 151 inventory
  • are final sale, except for verified shipping damage
  • require the same documentation as all damage claims
Any attempt to return a swapped, altered, or incorrect consignment item will be treated as fraud under TOS Section 21.

SECTION 10 — PRE-ORDERS & COMBINED SHIPPING

Prime 151 does not currently offer pre-orders.If pre-orders are reinstated:
  • Orders containing a pre-order item will ship only once all items are available
  • Split shipping may be requested for an additional charge
  • Pre-order cancellations follow the cancellation fees in the Return & Refund Policy

SECTION 11 — LOCAL PICKUP & BABYLON RETAIL LGS

Prime 151 does not offer local pickup for online orders.
All online orders must be shipped.

  • IS a retail store (Sun–Wed)
  • IS NOT a pickup location for online orders
  • DOES NOT accept online returns, drop-offs, or deliveries
  • IS NOT a mailing or legal notice address
  • DOES hold events, tournaments, game nights, and in-store retail sales
  • DOES NOT replace or bypass online shipping processes
Unauthorized drop-offs will be refused per the TOS.
